As an independent professional, he has prepared expert reports on construction adjustment systems, cost control and progress tracking, budgeting, valuations, and contract settlements. He serves as an expert at ANETRIC and has been recognized by the French magazine Leaders League in its 2023 and 2024 rankings of leading engineering and construction expert firms for the preparation of technical reports in dispute resolution, under the category “Highly Recommended.”
He has extensive experience working with leading companies in the national market in the supervision of public and private works. As an in-house professional, he has worked in contract administration for construction projects, specializing in costs and budgeting. He has also served as head of supervision for rehabilitation and improvement projects in infrastructure works, including the National Road Network, among others.

Licensed and accredited Mechanical-Electrical Engineer with completed Master’s studies in Engineering Project Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of renewable energy generation systems, electric power systems, substations and transmission lines, electrical infrastructure in buildings, supervision of electromechanical installations, and various applications of electrical power systems in medium- and low-voltage distribution networks.
He has participated in construction projects involving water pumping stations (EBAP), wastewater pumping stations (EBAR), deep wells, and water treatment plants (PTAP and PTAR), overseeing review, monitoring, and post-construction evaluation for the commissioning of potable water and basic sanitation systems.
